    1.                  All of these devices are not the customer’s own. If you do not recharge the 1 Months, you will have to return our provided the all devices.

    2.     All product having one year warranty, physically damage and burn will not come under warranty, Power supply also not come under warranty, and Maintenance charge will be applied.
    3.     Installation or activation charge will not be refundable by any means, and the connection will not be transferable.

    4.                  WebLi Internet Service shall not be responsible for any civil or criminal liability incurred by the Subscriber due to any misuse of the Service provided by WebLi, i.e. any acts of commission or omission by the Subscriber.

    5.                  WebLi all Device using only on Webli Network, not for others networks, If you delay on Webli Broadband Connection please take to NOC letter from Webli Office.

    6.                  At the time of Installation, the consumer must complete the due payment and Recharge amount. After that we will activate the connection.

    শর্তাবলী

    1. আপনি যদি ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহার না করেন সেক্ষেত্রে আমাদের তরফ থেকে দেওয়া সমস্ত ডিভাইস আপনাকে ফেরত দিতে হবে ।


    2. Wifi/ONU ডিভাইসটি ভাঙলে বা হারিয়ে ফেললে অথবা নষ্ট করে ফেললে তার দাম (ONU Device – 1800/-, Single Band Xpon ONU Router – 2000/-, Dual Band Xpon ONU Router – 3200/-) আপনাকে দিতে হবে ।


    3. কোনো কারণে যদি Adaptor খারাপ হয়ে যায় তাহলে আপনাকে সেটি কিনে নিতে হবে ।


    4. প্রাকৃতিক দূর্যোগ, ইলেকট্রিক ফল্ট এবং লাইনের কাজ ইত্যাদি ক্ষেত্রে ইন্টারনেট কানেকশন সাময়িকভাবে ব্যাহত হতে পারে ।


    5. কানেকশান চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয় ।


    6. কোনো অভিযোগ থাকলে সরাসরি আমাদের অফিসে জানান ।


    7. রিচার্জ মূল্য ফেরতযোগ্য নয় ।
